BHE Renewables acquired a 49% interest in the Agua Caliente project in Yuma, Arizona, in January 2012. The project is one of the world’s largest operating photovoltaic power plants.
Generation from the project is sold to Pacific Gas & Electric Company under a long-term power purchase agreement.
