Power Purchase Agreements
Power purchase agreements (PPAs) are a contractual agreement between the developer (BHE Renewables) and a buyer (often a utility company, large corporation, or government entity) to sell the electricity generated by the project at a predetermined price for a specified period. These agreements typically also provide the buyer with any renewable energy credits associated with the project.
