Pinyon Pines I and II Wind Project Pinyon Pines I and II Wind Project

Pinyon Pines I and II

Kern County, California

Conservation is key to the success of our Pinyon Pines wind farms in the Mojave Desert. We are committed to protecting endangered and protected species, including condors and eagles.

Tortoises and Joshua trees are also in abundance in Kern County. Proper protocols are followed to allow animals, plants and habitats to flourish in harmony with our turbines.

Environmental Respect is critical to how we do business while helping to create a more sustainable future.

Generation from each project is sold to Southern California Edison under long-term power purchase agreements.
